Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Possess a valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in warehouse or production operations.
  • Able to work independently and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) closely.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform drumming and stuffing operations, including packing materials, unloading raw materials and chemicals, and loading finished products.
  • Handle product storage and movement using the designated forklift during loading and stuffing activities, ensuring the forklift is in safe working condition at all times.
  • Unload raw materials and chemicals and load end products in accordance with SOP.
  • Monitor and supervise contract workers performing drumming and stuffing activities in the warehouse, ensuring all operations comply with SOPs.
  • Verify that proper packing materials are used for drumming activities.
  • Ensure products are correctly labeled according to batch number and marking requirements.
  • Observe sanitary control and infection prevention during operations.
  • Monitor product weight throughout drumming activities.
  • Inspect packaging materials, labels, and containers to ensure compliance with SOP during stuffing activities.
  • Prepare inventory reports for all packaging materials.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as instructed by management.

Job Type: Full-time
