  1. Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in supporting SAP implementation, enhancement and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional understanding and hands-on knowledge of key SAP solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and facilitating clear communication across all stakeholders.

  2. Project Support & Coordination
    : Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end coordination of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  3. Stakeholder Communication
    : Serve as a key liaison between project teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals, status, and issues.
  4. Schedule & Timeline Management
    : Help develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify potential delays. Coordinate schedules for meetings, workshops, and key project activities.
  5. Documentation & Reporting
    : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, and change requests. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  6. Resource Coordination
    : Assist in coordinating project resources, including team members and technical assets, ensuring they are effectively allocated and utilized.
  7. Risk & Issue Tracking
    : Support the identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues. Escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

  8. Quality Assurance
    : Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet the defined business requirements and quality standards.

  9. Required Qualifications & Experience:

  10. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, specifically within SAP projects.

  11. Techno-functional background with the ability to understand and discuss business processes and technical requirements.
  12. Demonstrable hands-on experience or strong exposure to at least two of the following SAP solutions:
