Key Responsibilities:

  • Help organize deployment activities, arrange meetings, follow up on progress, and keep documents updated.
  • Assist in preparing test cases, tracking test results, and reporting any issues found.
  • Help set up training sessions, prepare basic materials, and guide users during their onboarding.
  • Support the creation of simple communication updates and gather feedback from users.
  • Help collect and check data needed for migration, ensuring it is complete and accurate.
  • Track cutover tasks, update schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure everything is on track.
  • Record issues after deployment, prepare simple status reports, and support the resolution process.
  • Join review discussions and share observations that can help improve future activities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience supporting projects or deployment work.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, or Python is an added advantage.
  • Able to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Additional Information:

  • Work Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am- 6pm
  • Contract Duration: Until December 2026
  • Offered Salary: Up to RM 4,500

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
