Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the monthly attendance report for all company staff across all branches.
- Update and monitor employee leave records and leave balance accurately in the HR system.
- Manage and process monthly utilities payments (e.g., Unifi, water, electricity, and other company bills).
- Ensure all attendance and leave data are properly checked and finalized before payroll submission.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for attendance, leave, and utilities reports.
- Support the department team in day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the given deadlines and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Familiar with HR or attendance systems.
- Basic Excel knowledge (able to prepare and summarize reports).
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
