Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth inter-company accounting operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage company cashflow and prepare financial planning reports for management decision-making.
  • Consolidate all accounts and prepare complete financial statements for annual audits.
  • Monitor departmental progress and resolve accounting-related issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with banks to negotiate optimal foreign exchange rates, remittances, and international payment arrangements.
  • Provide up-to-date P&L projections to support better budgeting and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of e-Invoicing requirements and compliance.

Familiarity with AutoCount accounting system (an added advantage).

Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts independently.

Ability to lead and guide the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication
