1. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full set of accounts, financial statements, and fund reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, capital calls, distributions, and IRR calculations.
  • Prepare management, investor, and regulatory reports on a timely basis.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Support fundraising, portfolio valuation, and exit reporting activities.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external advisors.

2. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an audit firm.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and CN
  • Strong knowledge of consolidated accounts, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting tools, and MS Excel.
