Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the identification and development of new business opportunities to broaden market reach and strengthen distribution networks.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with distributors, GT partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and shared success.
  • Assess market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance trade marketing initiatives and maintain strong brand presence in the marketplace.
  • Track and evaluate key business performance indicators, delivering regular reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support the organization of business meetings, product launches, and field activities as needed.
  • Travel to designated areas to engage with partners, monitor market execution, and maintain strong on-ground relationships.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, distributor management, or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business strategies.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and negotiate effectively to achieve mutual benefits.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with interest in learning tools such as CRM systems and sales reporting platforms.
  • Willing to travel and engage directly with distributors and GT partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
