Job summary:

The role is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms. The incumbent will manage end-to-end campaign execution, strengthen brand presence, and support product launches while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
  • Oversee branding and marketing projects to ensure effective coordination, timely completion, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, and performance evaluation.
  • Support public relations activities such as media engagement, press releases, and brand collaborations to boost visibility.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify insights that drive impactful marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaign content.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports on outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
  • Contribute to product launch activities, including market research, content creation, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and with external partners to ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging.
  • Assist in broader marketing and sales initiatives to support organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign management roles.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in FMCG, F&B, consumer goods, or similar sectors will be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and data analytics tools.
  • Core Competencies: Strong project management, influencer engagement, public relations, and analytical skills.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for marketing events and activities as required.
