Job Scope:-

I. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Lead in the preparation of energy audit work plans, site schedules, and logistics planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Manger, Auditors, Technicians) and external parties (Vendors, Clients, Safety and Related parties)

II. Site Assessment & Data Collection

  • Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess and evaluate existing site conditions from an energy audit perspective, covering both active systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, motors, compressors, pumps, chillers, boiler) and passive systems (e.g., building envelope, insulation, glazing, natural ventilation, daylighting strategies) in industrial and commercial facilities.
  • Conduct on-site data collection during energy audit activities, including observation, setup and retrieval of data loggers, as well as spot measurements using instruments measuring equipment with the site team and vendors to ensure accurate and safe data acquisition across various systems.

III. Project Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure audit work is executed within budget, timeline, and technical quality expectations.
  • Conduct internal checks on measurements, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure audit activities comply with HSE policies, including PPE and permit-to-work procedures
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive report to key stakeholders including the Manager, Audit Team, and Sales Team to support technical decisionmaking, operational planning, and commercial proposal development

Job Requirement:

I. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related), Bachelor Degree

in Technical (Facilities, Process, Industrial or related)

II. 3 to 5 years working experience in Energy Audit Commercial and Industrial or

Asset/Facilities/System Maintenance

III. Ability to conduct detailed site assessments and physical inspections to gather

relevant information for energy audit activities

IV. Proficient in preparing technical reports and transferring key findings, site

observations, and performance metrics into structured documentation.

V. Proven ability to manage and coordinate site teams, third-party vendors, and client

focal persons to ensure timely and quality delivery of site activities

VI. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication and working

relationships with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

VII. Willingness to travel to client sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
