As part of our business expansion, you will be responsible for providing sales support.

1. Order Processing

  • Receive customer orders
  • Process orders for products and services
  • Manage delivery schedules and check inventory
  • Prepare and send delivery notes and invoices

2. Preparation of Quotations and Contracts

  • Create quotations based on requests from the sales team
  • Draft, issue, and manage contracts and purchase orders

3. Sales & Billing Management

  • Input and manage sales data
  • Issue and send invoices
  • Confirm payments and perform reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly sales reports

4. Customer Communication

  • Handle customer inquiries (delivery, stock, pricing, etc.)
  • Provide initial responses and refer to sales staff when necessary

5. Sales Materials Support

  • Assist in preparing presentation and proposal materials
  • Collect data and create graphs as needed

6. Customer Information Management

  • Update customer databases
  • Input and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records

7. Scheduling & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules for the sales team

Arrange meeting rooms, travel, and business trips

Requirement (MUST TO HAVE):

  • Minimum 3 years of admin experience
  • Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above (reading, writing, typing, and conversation)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Possess own vehicle

(Good to have):

  • Experience in import/export operations
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
