About the role

Gussmann Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support / Sales Admin to join our dynamic sales team in Kuala Lumpur. As a fulltime employee, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales activities and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing customer data, and preparing sales reports
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the creation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
  • Participating in sales team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the technology or B2B industry
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
