We're Hiring : Sales Support
We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, and loves being the go-to person that keeps things moving smoothly. You'll be working closely with our sales and operations team to make sure deals, documents, and deliveries all flow like clockwork.
What you'll do:
· Handle sales admin tasks — quotations, invoices, PO tracking, and follow-ups
· Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and client communication
· Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems
· Liaise with internal teams (finance, logistics, ops) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
· Help prepare proposals, presentations, and basic marketing materials when needed
· Track stock levels, shipments, and deliveries for client orders
· Assist with ad-hoc admin or operational work that helps the team get things done
· Be flexible and resilient — priorities may shift, and new tasks might pop up along the way
What we're looking for:
· 2–4 years of experience in sales support, admin, or coordination
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask without losing your cool
· Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Canva or CRM tools
· Great communicator — written and verbal – English and Malay, Chinese is added advantage
· Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on changes or new challenges
· KL-based and ready to work in a fast-moving start-up environment
