Job Description:
- To handle basic clerical and administrative duties including conferences preparations, documentations and other administrative supports that may associate with various department as and when required.
- Assist the HR Executive with the recruitment, interviewing and selection processes
- To carry out duties as required by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Good attitude
- Willing to learn and able to work as a team
- Experience with similar role is a plus
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Language: can speak in Bahasa Malasia, English.
- PC: Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Has car driver license.
Education background:
- Diploma or above.
