The Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's HVAC after-sales service network, including testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. This position ensures consistent service quality across all service centers, efficient customer support, and effective team coordination to achieve company service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise multiple after-sales service branches or service partners.
  • Oversee HVAC system testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service locations to ensure uniform service quality.
  • Plan manpower allocation, tools, and resources for all service teams.
  • Monitor service performance, customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide professional technical solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Supply Chain departments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Prepare regular service reports, analyze KPI results, and report to management.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to service teams to improve technical skills and customer handling.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC testing, commissioning, or maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and performance testing procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Possess valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites when required.
