The Role

We're seeking a
Marketing Content Manager
with proven expertise in
LinkedIn strategy, corporate storytelling, and B2B lead generation
.

You'll own CipherBC's LinkedIn presence, drive thought leadership among institutional and Web3 audiences, and produce compelling business content that resonates with decision-makers, investors, and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CipherBC's
    LinkedIn content strategy and execution
    , elevating our brand authority.
  • Manage our corporate LinkedIn account — crafting professional, insightful, and on-brand content.
  • Drive
    content-led lead generation campaigns
    to attract and convert high-quality prospects.
  • Write and edit high-impact materials: PR releases, thought leadership articles, reports, and executive speeches.
  • Collaborate with leadership, BD, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Track KPIs and engagement metrics to optimize performance and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing
    corporate LinkedIn or B2B content
    with measurable lead generation results.
  • Strong portfolio in
    corporate communications, PR writing, and thought leadership
    .
  • Exceptional command of English.
  • Familiarity with
    Web3, blockchain, or fintech
    is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter comfortable with remote work;
    willingness to relocate to Dubai
    is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability across executive audiences.
