Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership: define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Merchant Services Division, ensuring alignment with business priorities and revenue goals.

Merchant & Partner Marketing: Lead merchant marketing communication — design email journeys, nudges, and lifecycle campaigns to help new merchants activate and start transacting.

Data-Driven Insights: You will work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to analyse insights into how consumers and driver-partners are using our platform and translate these into innovative campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams-including design, digital marketing, promotions, and communications-to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Brand Positioning: Strengthen brand presence across key verticals (e.g., retail, eCommerce, mobility, SMEs)

Job Requirements:

Experience: 6+ years in marketing

Proven leadership in marketing: ideally within payments, fintech, or eCommerce.

Strategic acumen: strong track record of translating business objectives into marketing impact.

Commercial mindset: understands merchant ecosystems, user behaviors, and growth levers in digital payments.

Data-driven decision-making: able to evaluate campaign effectiveness, drive optimizations, and link marketing outcomes to commercial performance.

Strong stakeholder management: experience collaborating across Commercial, Product, Growth, and external partners.

Execution excellence: ability to lead large-scale campaigns while ensuring consistency, quality, and ROI.

Team builder: proven experience leading, coaching, and scaling marketing teams
