Primary Responsibilities:

  • To perform administrative support to recruitment division and provide operational support roles within the designated recruitment team and ensure that consultant's and/or clients' requirements are met up to their expectations at all time;
  • To source, negotiate and recruit technical personnel in oil and gas industries when necessary;
  • To make proposal to clients and preparation of contract for the selected consultant;
  • Managing the routine requirements from our Consultants and/or contract staff in terms of logistics, administration and operations;
  • Managing the Company's personnel databank. This includes resumes regular update and advertise at company as well as other relevant third-party websites in order to increase the personnel databank at all times.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to fulfil the following requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field. Candidate who has similar experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be given prioritized consideration. Fresh graduates with keen interest in this position are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to identify and select relevant candidates in accordance with expected skills and job specification/functions.
  • Mature, hardworking and responsible.
  • Resourceful, organized and meticulous.
