Purchasing Executive

Vin Sporting House Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Assistant Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

What we're looking for

  • Good command of English. Ability to understand, speak, read and write is essential
  • Intermediate to Advance level of Microsoft Excel is a must for regular reporting
  • Have experience using WMS and other related software
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and expenditures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Shipping Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
