Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling company's payment and receipts
  • Assist in preparing clear payment related journal entries
  • Assist in performing bank reconciliation
  • Assist in generating daily bank transaction report
  • Assist in preparing bank balance and bank facility balance report to HQ
  • Assist in managing company loan, bank guarantees, forex transactions and other bank-related matters
  • Assist in financial month-end closing, financial planning and variance report
  • Liaising with bankers and auditors when required
  • Assist in handling SST submission and payment
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
  • Possess 1-2 years of working experience in HR role.
  • Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply
  • Mature, goal oriented, results driven, meticulous and attention to details
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office tools
  • Good people management skills, able to work as a team and independently
