The Section Head, Sales Management & Business Development will be responsible for driving sales performance and business growth strategies across the SME and Micro segments. The role focuses on strengthening sales effectiveness, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment between head office initiatives and regional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve SME and Micro segment targets.
• Monitor and analyse business sales performance, providing actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support SME growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to design and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Drive performance culture through coaching, guidance, and capability development of sales teams.
• Prepare performance reports and business updates for management, highlighting trends and key developments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SME banking, business financing, or sales management.
• Strong understanding of SME market dynamics, credit processes, and business development strategies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
