Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator / Assistant to support and coordinate daily activities across the Operations Team, including Warehouse, Production, QC, and other related departments. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective documentation, communication, and follow-up with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the Operations Team (Warehouse, Production, QC and others).
  • Manage and maintain operational records, documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting and correspondence.
  • Follow up with internal departments on outstanding operational matters.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth office and factory operations.
  • Assist with HR and office management-related tasks when required.
  • Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external parties.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and provide support as directed by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in administrative or operational coordination.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Based in Kota Puteri, Batu Arang.

Working Hours:

  • 8.00am – 5.00pm (Monday – Saturday)
  • Overtime pay provided in accordance with labour law.
