The
Assistant Manager, Recruitment (Business Partnering)
will play a hands-on role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities across business units. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and drive recruitment strategies that attract high-performing talent aligned with business goals. This is a replacement role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle; from requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.

2. Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, advising on market insights, role scoping, and talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights and updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and talent availability.

3. Process & Employer Branding

  • Speed and compliance to recruitment processes based on speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the FMCG and electronics talent market.
  • Support recruitment-related projects such as digital hiring tools, assessment frameworks, and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of recruitment experience
    , with at least
    2 years in a business partnering capacity
    .
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment in FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with strategic talent insights.
