  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all client dealings.
  • Work closely with internal departments and businesses, initiate and develop a healthy business opportunity pipeline for entire TPS portfolio
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their business development skills.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and branding.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor progress against business goals.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic decision-making.
