Are you an experienced culinary professional with a strong hotel kitchen background? Ready to take your skills beyond borders? Join the culinary team onboard international cruise ships. Successful candidates may work on Royal Caribbean (皇家加勒比), Adora Cruises (爱达邮轮), or Tianjin Dongfang Dream Cruise (天津东方梦想号) through our recruitment partner network.

As a Chef de Partie, you will lead your kitchen section and serve thousands of international guests daily while sailing to exciting destinations across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and operate your assigned kitchen station (e.g., hot line, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.)
  • Ensure food preparation follows corporate recipes and maintains consistent standards
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and junior cooks for smooth, efficient service
  • Assist with food ordering, cost control, and kitchen organization
  • Uphold high hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
  • Maintain proper kitchen documentation and ensure readiness for inspections

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, including 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or equivalent
  • Background in 4-star / 5-star hotel kitchens or cruise lines preferred
  • Solid understanding of food production, kitchen leadership, time management, and quality control
  • Familiarity with international and/or Asian cuisine preparation techniques
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Culinary school certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Must comply with onboard grooming and uniform standards (including no visible tattoos while in uniform)
  • Currently employed or recently employed (left previous job within the last 12 months is preferred)
