Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Ensure full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
Ensure onboarding and orientation programs for new hires run smooth integration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes and tracking employee performance goals.
Support managers in addressing performance or behavioral issues.
Compensation & Benefits
Conduct compensation review and benchmarking exercises.
Organisation Development
Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with HRBP & Stakeholders
HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Ensure HRSC Maintains accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Reporting & Systems
Ensure HRSC Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by HOD (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin speaker and Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
