Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

· Leverage various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media) to attract top talent.

· Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

· Conduct employer branding activities to strengthen FPT Software's presence in the Malaysia market.

· Administer day-to-day HR operations including contracts, HRM system updates, and personnel records.

· Support HR policies, compliance, and labor law requirements in Malaysia.

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.

· Coordinate training, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.

· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on both recruitment and HR operations.

· Strong knowledge of HRM systems and Malaysian labor law.

· Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

· Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, MIHRM) is an advantage.
