With three branches located in Kepong, Segambut, and Sri Hartamas, we are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our HR operations across all three kindergarten branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance within the education or childcare sector. As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across our branches, providing support for our teachers and staff, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Manage the full recruitment cycle for all positions across the three branches. This includes job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration:
    Maintain accurate employee records, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development:
    Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for staff, focusing on building a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    Assist with the implementation of performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Payroll & Benefits:
    Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy in statutory deductions, bonuses, and benefits for all employees.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure the organization adheres to all HR-related policies and legal requirements, including statutory benefits and labor regulations.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Contribute to creating a positive organizational culture by organizing events and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations (Kepong, Segambut, and Sri Hartamas).
