Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Records & Documentation:
    Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Payroll & Attendance Support:
    Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration:
    Support in managing employee benefits, claims, allowances, and other HR-related payments.
  • Performance Management Support:
    Coordinate performance appraisal processes and compile evaluation reports.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:
    Support HR initiatives on employee engagement, activities, and welfare programs.
  • Disciplinary & Grievance Handling:
    Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • General HR Support:
    Perform other ad hoc HR tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior HR staff.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or prior HR/admin experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
