Human Resource Executive/ Senior Executive

As a HR Executive, you will work with a group of experienced colleagues. The HR department manages all facets of professional HR responsibilities in HR administration, compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process for new employees which includes placing advertisements, arranging interviews, making offers and preparing employment contracts
- Assist in confirmation and resignation processes which includes database updates and exit clearance.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding arrangements with IT, Admin, and HR; handle onboarding and orientation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee p-file and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendor
- Handle leave administration
- Administer employee benefits (medical claims, insurance, etc.).
- Assist in updating of various reports
- Assist with drafting of internal memorandum and letters
- Participate in organising company activities
- Handle office administration and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- Able to communicate well across all levels
