PressLogic is rapidly expanding across Southeast Asia with the goal of becoming the leading tech-driven media, AI and marketing powerhouse in Malaysia. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations across all functions

Job Responsibilities

You will handle the full spectrum of HR operations for both the Singapore and Malaysia offices, ensuring our teams have the best support:

  • Operations & Compliance: Manage payroll, leave management, employee benefits, assist in performance appraisal cycles and medical insurance renewal & claims.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and manage employment contracts.
  • Records & Policy: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and assist in HR policy/SOP implementation.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate with the HQ HR team in Hong Kong for regional HR projects and act as the main point of contact for employee concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters with discretion, and meet deadlines.
  • A good communicator, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
