Job Responsibilities :

  • To create proper concept art following the tone and mood, as set by the Lead Designer.
  • To do research and obtain suitable references for designs variations.
  • To provide appealing variations and clear visual images of characters, creatures, props, environment for approval by Lead Designer.
  • To do visual exploration for new IP developments, including developing multiple artistic styles and options to choose from.
  • To produce the designs timely (or ahead of time) following Producer's schedule.
  • To mentor and to inspire junior artists in the team.

Job Requirements :

  • 3+ years professional experience as a concept artist in animation industry
  • Excellent skill in Photoshop
  • Creative and possess strong passion in drawing
  • Able to visualise in 3D and be aware of form, volume and angles
  • Able to follow direction and produce consistent output
  • Able to make changes on the work in response to constructive feedback
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to create compelling stylize designs with emotions and feelings
