Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and assisting in the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of ensuring minimal downtime for business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT system issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, CCTV).
  • Support system administration tasks such as account setup, password resets, and access rights.
  • Perform routine system checks, backups, and software patching.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new software/hardware rollouts.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT policies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company IT policies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS/Server, Microsoft Office, Linuz and networking.
  • Hands-on skills in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and common office IT equipment.
  • Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IT ticketing system (advantageous).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and service skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
  • Experience with Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), or cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of firewall, VPN, or cybersecurity tools.
  • Exposure to ERP/WMS systems in logistics or manufacturing environments.
