KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Plan and execute sales strategies for disposal of company-owned properties.

  2. Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new property acquisition.

  3. Manage end-to-end sales process including marketing, buyer engagement, negotiation, and documentation.

  4. Coordinate property listings, advertisements, and promotional activities.

  5. Liaise with agents, valuers, solicitors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.

  6. Prepare sales reports, tracking sheets, and market updates for management.

  7. Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments of potential properties.

  8. Support due diligence, documentation, and verification for acquisition and disposal exercises.

  9. Maintain proper records, database, and filing for all sales and acquisition activities.

  10. Represent the company in meetings, briefings, and stakeholder discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
