Responsibilities (Digital Marketing & Sales):

Drive online sales through the company website and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Tiktok.

Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.

Manage Meta Ads campaigns including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance tracking.

Monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnel to identify areas for improvement.

Create and manage engaging digital content to attract and nurture potential customers.

Generate qualified leads and execute strategies to convert them into paying customers.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and customer journey.

Consistently achieve and exceed online sales and marketing performance targets.
