Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoices, billing, and payment records

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-up

  • Support annual audit and tax filing processes

  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Manage general office duties, including filing, mail, and office supplies procurement

  • Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance tracking

  • Coordinate internal meetings and company events

  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
