Responsibilities:

  • Work with brand principals and internal/external sales team to manage and to implement key trade promotions by channel via sales driven activation, new products development launching plan, premiums / free gifts program and POSM initiatives.
  • Analyze, plan, monitor and implement innovative and effective trade support activities and tools via different sales channel (including sampling, roadshow, product catalog, MSS & display guideline) to support business goals / strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team and assist them in strengthening and expanding distribution and coverage in each channel.
  • Timely and effectively coordinate with merchandising team to ensure activities are executed as planned and accordance to company SOP.
  • Prepare post-mortem/evaluation report, compile and analyze market intelligence on assigned accounts.
  • Escalate customers' feedback to relevant department by ensuring prompt and effective response.
  • Monitor feedback inquiry in social media and general email so as to provide high professional & prompt response.
  • Assist and participate in exhibitions/events to promote Company/Brand awareness.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline.
