Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This position involves handling customer interactions through inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring every customer receives prompt and professional assistance.

This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma holders and fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in customer service and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Record, update, and maintain customer details in the system accurately.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet service quality standards.
  • Work according to rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field (Degree holders are welcome).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email and chat platforms.
