About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team at PRECISE FACADE SDN BHD' in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining and reconciling financial accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and processing invoices, statements, and other financial documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and insights
  • Continuously improving accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications are preferred
