Account cum Admin Executive

Bookkeeping and general accounting.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment.
Performing interoffice support including receiving and processing mail including filling.
Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments/agencies claims including performing e-invoicing.
Follow up payment and confirmation of payment receive.
Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations.
Performing HR duties and payroll including process for payment.
Verifying internal claims and processing orders and deposit slips.
Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Com Secretory, Tax Agent, etc.
All other task/services as directed by superiors.
Job Requirement:
1. Possess a minimum Diploma in relevant field.
years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Have experience in accounting software.
4. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
6. Possess own vehicle and willing to work at USJ 1, Subang Jaya.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
