Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the petrochemical sector, including manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
  • Promote and sell petrochemical and fertilizer products through effective distribution channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and sales volume.
  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to strengthen existing customer relationships and penetrate new markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to guide decision-making and optimize distribution plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in petrochemical or chemical sales (distribution experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.
