About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Enfiniti (M) Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor and will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend events, exhibitions, or client meetings when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to handle rejection and maintain a high level of self-motivation
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
