Purpose of this position:

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities from the initial customer approach to order placement. This includes tracking sales leads, preparing quotations/proposals, order taking and confirmation, preparing sales reports, and managing contracts. The role will also support analytical functions related to product and customer profitability, as well as other initiatives as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales activities such as handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, raising sales/export documents, submitting documents to customers, following up on supply schedules, and coordinating with customers and production teams to resolve order discrepancies.
  2. Assist in managing the day-to-day administration of contract documents, including drafting and preparing standard templates, stamping signed contracts, and maintaining proper contract storage.
  3. Assist in initiating pricing actions and calculate product profitability.
  4. Prepare monthly sales reports, sales lead summaries, price and profitability trends, etc., on the performance of the sales vertical by month, quarter, and year.
  5. Responsible to schedule and ensure timely delivery of supplies to customers.
  6. Conduct financial evaluationsfor each business case to support investment decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.

Working experience/Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in back-office sales, customer/vendor management, supply chain.
  • Experienced in sales and administration processes, customer management.
  • Strong communications skills (effective presentations and negotiation).
  • Proactive, ability to multitask, fast learner.
  • Possesses SAP knowledge & skill will be an added advantage.

Language

  • We are seeking candidates proficient in both English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
