Admin Assistant

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Alternate)
Job Description:
- Prepare administrative paperwork including Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Operate or assist with the weighbridge to record incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Keep logs of weights for raw materials, waste, and finished precast products.
- Performs any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Previous administrative work experience (added advantage)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
