Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Alternate)

Job Description:

  • Prepare administrative paperwork including Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Operate or assist with the weighbridge to record incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Keep logs of weights for raw materials, waste, and finished precast products.
  • Performs any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
  • Previous administrative work experience (added advantage)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
