ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Academic qualification: At least a Master's degree.
  • Committed team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast- paced environment.
  • Meticulous, with a positive attitude, hardworking and able to deliver assignments within a given timeline.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge in Power BI and Canva is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and verbal Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor.

PREFERRED QUALITIES:

  • Academic qualification: A PhD holder is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling postgraduate administrative matters, including coordination of academic affairs and programme accreditation activities.
  • Experience in drafting MoAs/MoUs, preparing academic and research proposals, familiarity with government grant systems and liaising with government agencies and private sectors.
  • Creative and skilled in content creation.

ROLES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the administration and governance of postgraduate studies-related matters
  • Coordinate the promotion of postgraduate programmes
  • Organise activities and events for postgraduate students
  • Mentor the Postgraduate Student Council, oversee postgraduate facilities, and manage the postgraduate (PG) handbook, guidelines, and documentation
  • Oversee PG degree conferment, awards, supervision records and result slips
  • Assist in coordination with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of postgraduate programmes, including facilitating mobility and visa applications
  • Perform day-to-day duties as assigned by the Assistant President and Senior Manage
