Responsibilities
1) Recruitment:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate new employee on boarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
2) Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
3) Training and Development:
Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees, including orientation sessions, safety training, and skills development workshops.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions to support employee growth and development.
4) HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Full payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards. (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and etc)
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll, and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
Prepare year end documents and submissions of EA Form.
Monitoring staff leave entitlement, leave application and other special leave benefits.
Monitoring attendance of the employee
Responsible on checking & verifying monthly staff reimbursement.
Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
Assist in counselling and manage employee performance and disciplinary issues.
Maintaining employee records and update the personal details from time to time.
Responsible to posting opening vacancy.
Responsible to conduct candidate searching, screening and selection process along with documentation.
Responsible to organize the interview.
Executing the Performance Management process from planning, coaching & reviewing throughout the year.
Manages the off-boarding process of staff resignation ranges from receiving staff resignation letter, preparing the acceptance resignation letter, updating resignation details in system & prepare Exit checklist.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a Bachelor in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant fields
Minimum 4-5 years of practiced experience in Human Resource
Good knowledge in Malaysia Labor Laws.
Strong skills in communication, presentation and organization
Advanced skills of data analysis and data-driven decision making.
Be able to perform under pressure and adapt in changes.
Fluent in English & Malay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
