  • Handle document management, including scanning, photocopying, filing, and digital archiving.
  • Receive, record, and dispatch documents, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Manage application, renewal, and upkeep of company licenses, permits, or related regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other administrative or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
