Identify and document non -conformities; coordinate with internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective measures. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in any manufacturing industry (electrical or mechanical preferred). Comfortable working with Chinese teams or in companies with Chinese business practices. Able to use Mandarin as a working language; strong cross -cultural communication skills are a plus
