Administrative Support

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in administrative field
- Computer literate (knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude, independent and fast learner
Job Descriptions :
Perform administrative duties, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, submit claims and draft email invitation
- Process computer data, format and generate reports
- Assist to organize team building activities and arrange lunch during lunch meeting
- Take care and manage office supplies and department activities
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed
- Candidate is expected to not only support the Senior Manager but also all his direct reports. Classification into this job family requires the incumbent to report to a manager at the Senior Manager level or above, and to be performing the duties associated with this job family and the designated level
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis / reports as required for management use
