Accounts / Finance
- Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Maintain proper financial records, perform data entry, and assist in general ledger reconciliation.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
HR / Administrative
- Handle HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll preparation.
- Manage general office administration — filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation and assist management with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
Sales Administration
- Attend to incoming sales inquiries and prepare inquiry forms and costing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Handle order processing and sales documentation for confirmed orders or tenders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL Accounting software
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
