Role Description

Join Wilmar Greenfarm Food Industries Sdn Bhd (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies), a growing player in the vegan and vegetarian food industry. We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Supervisor to grow our customer base, drive sales performance, and promote healthy, sustainable food options. This position will be based in Subang Jaya.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Prior sales experience in 
    vegan / vegetarian / FMCG / F&B
     industry preferred.
  • Proven sales performance (required for senior-level consideration).
  • Fluent in 
    Mandarin, English, and Malay
     — essential for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Excel
    ; experience with 
    SAP
     is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and perform regular field visits.
  • Fresh graduates passionate about sales and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow customer accounts within the 
    vegan and vegetarian food segment
    , including grocery stores, and specialty retailers.
  • Build and maintain 
    strong relationships
     with both new and existing customers, distributors, and shop owners — especially within Mandarin-speaking communities.
  • Understand customer needs
     and recommend suitable vegan and vegetarian products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
     through effective territory management and customer engagement.
  • Conduct 
    market visits
     to identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate orders, invoicing, and deliveries
     with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on 
    outstanding payments
     to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
    , providing updates on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance.
  • Participate in 
    product sampling, roadshows, and customer engagement events
     to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
